- The price
The price takes two forms: a flat fee set according to complexity when the feasibility study is commissioned on its own, a percentage of the cost of the works when the full commission is entrusted.
- For a building
The study delivers an analysis of the local urban plan (PLU) with a 3D view and a plan, within two weeks of the visit and of receipt of the basic documents.
- For a renovation
The study delivers a technical visit of the site and its report, within three days of the visit and of receipt of the basic documents.
- The first conversation
The first conversation takes place by video call, by phone or by email. There is no online booking.
For work on an existing building, plans of the existing building are needed before the study.
